To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our Appointment & Booking Policy before scheduling a service.


1. Booking an Appointment

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, by phone, or in person.
  • Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a confirmed deposit, as applicable.
  • You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or phone.
  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.

2. Required Information at Booking

When booking, you must provide:

  • Your full legal name
  • A valid contact phone number and email address
  • The specific service(s) you are requesting
  • Any relevant documents or information needed to prepare for your appointment

Providing accurate information is your responsibility. Errors or omissions may delay your service or require rescheduling.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to be eligible for a credit toward a future service.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
  • To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or through our website.

4. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment at no charge if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment are subject to a rescheduling fee.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your payment is non-refundable and your appointment slot will be forfeited. A new booking and payment will be required to reschedule.


6. Preparation for Your Appointment

To make the most of your appointment, please:

  • Bring all required documents and identification
  • Review the specific requirements for your service in advance (see our Notary Policy if applicable)
  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork
  • Ensure all documents are complete before your appointment

7. Walk-In Availability

Walk-in clients are welcome based on availability. However, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot and ensure we are fully prepared for your service.


8. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule an appointment if:

  • Required documents or identification are not available
  • The requested service cannot be completed as described
  • There is a scheduling conflict or emergency

9. Payment at Booking

Some services require full payment or a deposit at the time of booking. All payments are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review it before booking.
